Arcadis seeks an experienced EHS Manager for a major hyperscale data center project in Luxembourg. Initially remote during pre-construction, then full-time site-based in Bissen. You will drive Zero Harm, lead governance, oversee contractor safety, and ensure regulatory compliance across all project phases.

Minimum 10 years of construction EHS experience with data centers, and NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications are required. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years in construction EHS with strong leadership.
• Experience on large-scale Data Center or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of European construction safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead EHS governance, reporting, KPIs and escalation protocols.
• Challenge contractor plans, RAMS, permits-to-work and logistics.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and safety walks.
• Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions and learnings.
• Oversee environmental compliance and waste management.
