Johnson & Johnson Geel site in Belgium seeks a Program Director for a major API capacity expansion program. You will lead end-to-end delivery of multi-year capital investments while protecting operations, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will align cross-functional teams across GET, Site Engineering, E&PS, MSAT, and manufacturing, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor a high-performing program organization in a complex regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in engineering, PM, or manufacturing within regulated environments.
• Proven experience leading multiple large API projects aligned to business goals.
• Strong capabilities in financial planning, budgeting and resource allocation.

Responsabilités

• Translate capacity roadmaps into deliverable capital projects for API expansion.
• Coordinate scope and phasing to minimize production interruption where possible.
• Ensure capital spend realizes operational benefits and regulatory filings.
• Lead governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across regions.
• Mentor leaders and build a high-performing program team with strong technical skills.
• Partner with site leadership and GET counterparts to align engineering priorities.
