Job summary

In4Matic is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team and drive the strategic development and day-to-day management of a complex digital solution. You will bridge business and IT, translating stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, shaping the roadmap, and ensuring a smooth transition from project delivery to operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT or product management, 7+ years in Product Owner, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT project or product management experience.
• 7+ years in Product Owner role.
• 5+ years in public sector preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with product/service management methodologies.
• Proficient with JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and translate into structured requirements.
• Define, prioritise and maintain the product roadmap.
• Ensure developments align with objectives and standards.
• Assess impact of new features on operations.
• Support transition from project delivery to day-to-day operations.
• Document requirements and maintain knowledge base.
• Monitor tasks, dependencies and risks; report progress.
