Keystone Solutions seeks a Senior Product Owner to own product-level choices across multiple country contexts, shaping capabilities and roadmaps with cross-functional teams. You will balance stakeholder needs with reusable product coherence, working closely with architecture, security, and delivery teams.

The role combines product management with senior functional analysis, operating within Keystone Solutions' consultancy model at client sites or in hybrid settings across countries.

Qualifications

• Formal product ownership or senior business analysis experience in software products.
• Strong ability to own roadmaps, prioritisation and stakeholder demand across multiple countries or business units.
• Demonstrated functional analysis skills: business rules, processes, user interactions, exceptions and acceptance outcomes.
• Ability to abstract local requests into reusable capabilities and product variants.
• Experience collaborating with software engineering, architecture, QA and delivery teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; capable of operating in an international stakeholder environment.

Responsabilités

• Own product-level choices and roadmap recommendations across multi-country contexts.
• Lead discovery and demand management to translate country needs into reusable SPC capabilities.
• Define capabilities, rules and acceptance criteria for delivery readiness.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering, QA and delivery to ensure product coherence and feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops and governance sessions with stakeholders across borders.
• Coach and mentor teams on product management practices within a consultancy framework.
