Sia is seeking a bold, dynamic Senior Engineer Consultant to drive transformation projects for clients. You will execute assignments like data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, interviews, and workshops, while supporting teams and sharing knowledge across business units.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Civil or Business Engineering, 1–3 years as a consultant, and a strong interest in energy, data, and AI, with willingness to travel for assignments abroad.

Qualifications

• University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 1–3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and strong communication skills.
• Strong interest in Energy and data/AI topics.
• Autonomous, dynamic, rigorous and committed; travel-ready.

Responsabilités

• Involved in transformation projects at client sites as a senior engineer consultant.
• Execute project assignments including data structuring, analysis and benchmarks.
• Conduct interviews, workshops and process mapping; draft functional specs.
• Support team activities and contribute to knowledge sharing within units.
