Job summary

Railnova SA is hiring a Senior Product Manager to bridge market needs and our engineering teams. You will bring real customer use cases, shape the product roadmap, and defend the market case with credible business arguments.

You will report to the CEO and collaborate closely with R&D and Sales, initially covering IoT hardware and related services. You will lead a small team, engage with customers across Europe, and contribute to pricing, packaging, and partner enablement.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in product marketing, technical pre-sales or technical sales for a B2B technical product (IoT, rail/transport)
• Strong technical acumen capable of translating complex product behavior for engineers and business stakeholders
• Degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Comfort with data: reading diagnostics, evaluating false positives, turning numbers into a business case
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to engage senior stakeholders
• Structured, evidence-based prioritisation with a customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer inside Railnova with evidence-based use cases and requirements
• Translate insight into prioritised product requirements and roadmap
• Own positioning and messaging across the Railster family and co-create go-to-market plans
• Develop sales readiness and enable strategic partners and OEM channels to position and sell Railnova products
