• Experience: 5+ years in product management on technical B2B software sold to enterprises, with a track record of things that shipped and got used.

• Frame the problem, not the solution: bring a sharp, well-evidenced problem definition and the priority it deserves.
• Understand the market better than anyone here: go to trade shows, sit in customer conversations, follow regulation and the competition.
• Bring the customer’s reality back into the vision: carry what customers actually do and say back into it.
• Turn forward-deployed work into product: extract deployments into product and balance delivery vs. services.
