Ersilia is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer – Product Owner to join our energy tech team in Ghent, Belgium, with hybrid work and HQ presence. You will seamlessly blend software engineering with product management, engaging directly with customers to deliver impactful features and robust data integrations.

You will own end-to-end delivery, drive architectural decisions, and apply AI-enabled approaches to accelerate shipping while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Full Stack Technical Depth: Strong software engineering foundation with expertise in modern web stack architectures (Python, TypeScript, SQL).
• Product Mindset: Own outcomes, interrogate requirements, prioritize scope, and solve real customer problems.
• AI Tooling Savvy: Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools with sound technical judgment.
• Energy Domain (Preferred): Interest or experience in cleantech, utility systems, or distributed energy networks.
• Base Requirement: Based in Europe with ability to work regularly from Ghent HQ.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Product Delivery: Own the complete lifecycle from customer discovery to architecture and deployment.
• Customer Alignment: Act as a technical partner translating user needs into automated product features.
• AI-Leveraged Engineering: Use AI tools to streamline repetitive work while upholding code quality.
• Critical Systems Infrastructure: Build real-time data integrations and resilient API architectures with high uptime.
