Nebius is seeking a data visualization designer to own dashboards and observability visuals for Nebius Platform and Nebius Grafana. You will collaborate with Observability product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders through the product lifecycle to design clear, scalable interfaces for cloud and AI infrastructure.

You will translate goals into user flows, contribute to the design system, and help shape how users monitor and understand metrics and time-series data.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience designing data visualizations and dashboards for observability, monitoring, analytics, or similar products.
• Deep understanding of data visualization principles, visual hierarchy, and choosing techniques for use cases.
• Strong understanding of metrics, time-series data, and interpretation by users.
• Ability to define and drive dashboard design best practices across the platform.
• Balance usability, consistency, and innovation in complex systems.
• Solid understanding of the product design process: discovery, validation, and delivery.
• Experience collaborating with designers in a shared product/design system environment.

Responsabilités

• Act as the design owner for data visualization at Nebius Platform and Nebius Grafana, establishing best practices and ensuring consistency across all observability experiences.
• Work closely with Observability Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Design clear, scalable interfaces for complex cloud and AI infrastructure products.
• Translate business goals, technical constraints, and user needs into coherent user flows and interaction models.
• Clearly present design solutions and rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the product.
• Contribute to the design of other Compute services in Nebius Console when needed.
