Wlgroup is expanding an enterprise service performance dashboard, with a small analytics team and on-site work with the customer's technical staff. You would be one of five analysts, collaborating across design, data collection, and deployment.

You will turn service data into actionable metrics, build and refine dashboard features, and ensure usability and accessibility while maintaining documentation and data models.

Qualifications

• A degree from a recognised university and at least four years of related experience as a data analyst, data scientist or UX designer.
• Proficient Python and SQL against relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Strong data visualization experience, especially Power BI.
• Experience building and integrating APIs to drive monitoring by data.
• Experience managing data flows with ETL/ELT tooling, specifically Apache NiFi.
• Knowledge of KPIs and formal dashboard reporting.
• Practical UX/UI design skills and IT service management experience.
• Ability to write technical docs, requirements and user guides, and translate user requests into builds.
• Excellent spoken and written communication and briefing skills.

Responsabilités

• Analysing how services are performing and turning that into metrics.
• Designing and building new dashboard features from feedback to release.
• Improving the dashboard visuals, usability, and accessibility.
• Designing the data collection interface and its specifications.
• Building and deploying data interfaces so multiple providers can feed data to a standard.
• Building and automating data pipelines with Python and ETL tooling.
• Operating and maintaining what you build and handling incidents and requests.
• Keeping as-built documentation, use cases and data model accurate.
