Deltrian in Fleurus, Belgium, is seeking a Procurement and Planner Officer to manage raw materials and component procurement. Based at the Fleurus head office, you will work within the Purchasing team to optimize policies, monitor line capacities, and ensure timely delivery.

You will liaise with Belgian production, international sites, and suppliers, negotiating contracts and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and planning in logistics or production.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and teamwork abilities.
• Customer and solution oriented; rigorous and proactive.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain discretion.

Responsabilités

• Apply and optimize a procurement policy aligned with customer and company needs.
• Act as main contact for Belgian in-house production and internal international production.
• Monitor production capacities and draw up daily/weekly priority schedules.
• Maintain supplier relations to ensure best service and prices within margins.
• Ensure agreements on services, quality, prices and delivery times are respected.
• Participate in supplier evaluations and manage component flows and inventories.
• Collaborate with Internal Coordinators, Logistics and production sites to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts with service providers, suppliers and subcontractors with the Purchasing Manager.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and propose solutions within scope.
• Provide regular reporting of activities and actions to the manager; act as back-up when needed.
