You will partner with CFOs and finance leaders to optimize processes, deliver actionable strategies, and guide client engagements in a practical, results-driven manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Deep understanding of finance processes, controls, and enabling technologies.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA), including hands-on implementation and optimization.
• Strong affinity with technology and staying updated with the latest advancements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Act as an expert on finance processes, controls, and enabling technologies, including ERP platforms and automation tools.
• Translate complex situations into actionable solutions with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Build a vision and express that vision into a clear, actionable story; experience in shaping and presenting proposals.
• Engage with CFOs and finance executive teams to inspire them on how a finance transformation can be enabled within their organization, why it matters, and express relevant use cases on how to make it happen.
• Support the implementation of ERP & automation solutions with technology experts, delivering tangible business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions, particularly SAP.
• Conduct workshops and inspiration sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive efficiency.
