COSMOTE Global Solutions NV is seeking a Senior Power BI & FP&A Reporting Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced reporting solutions for FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and analytics.

You will collaborate with finance, business stakeholders, and IT to deliver scalable Power BI reports and dashboards, drive data-driven decisions, and mentor junior BI developers.

Qualifications

COSMOTE Global Solutions NV is seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI & FP&A Reporting Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced reporting solutions that support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, and IT departments to deliver scalable and efficient Power BI reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making. You will play a critical role in shaping reporting strategies and improving FP&A processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards tailored for FP&A purposes.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize data models, ETL processes, and DAX calculations for performance and usability.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in reporting solutions.
• Mentor and support junior BI developers and analysts.
• Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and market trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
• Facilitate communication between finance, IT, and business units to streamline reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related field.

• The expert must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in:

  • Design and implementation of Power BI Financial Reporting solutions using central or shared semantic models
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including financial monitoring, performance analysis, budget vs actual tracking, and mandate-based reporting
  • Development of DAX measures, financial calculations, parameters, and reporting logic
  • Design, standardisation, and governance of financial KPIs and impact indicators
  • Implementation and maintenance of Row-Level Security and other access controls

• Require Competence in:

  • Power BI (datasets, reports, visuals, performance optimisation)
  • Advanced DAX development, including complex financial calculations
  • Translation of FP&A requirements into governed semantic-model logic
  • KPI and impact indicator visualisation, including dynamic Microsoft PowerPoint connectivity
  • Working in structured and governed financial reporting environments
