Job summary

Elia Belgium is looking for a senior IT developer to advance the Asset Control Concept (ACC) project. You will handle dynamic and static data from assets stored in a historian, implement analytics, prepare reports, and create dashboards using PI Vision, Angular, or Grafana.

The role requires deep OSIsoft PI experience, scripting abilities, and strong Excel expertise. English fluency is mandatory, Dutch/French knowledge is a plus, and collaboration within a diverse team is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Senior profile with 5–10 years of experience in PI system/industrial data
• Strong knowledge of OSIsoft PI historian
• Proficient in Excel VBA, macros, pivots
• Fluent in English; Dutch and French knowledge a plus
• Experience scripting languages

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement analytics in OSIsoft PI System (PI AF) for asset health calculations
• Configure and maintain PI System components, notifications, templates and asset models
• Design and evolve PI System architecture for scalability and reliability
• Monitor PI landscape and troubleshoot data flows with root-cause analysis
• Create Excel reports and dashboards using PI DataLink/PI Integrator and PI Vision, Grafana, Angular
• Prepare integrations of ACC platform with MS Azure and IEC61850 data from substations
• Discuss solutions with users and stakeholders and incorporate feedback
• Provide technical guidance for senior team members on architecture and optimization
