Job summary

Aon plc in Diegem, Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant Pension Funds to lead and grow a client portfolio within a global health and retirement solutions practice. The role blends commercial responsibility with technical pension fund expertise, offering exposure to international projects and high-level advisory work.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, implement new clients, develop marketing initiatives, and identify market opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics, Law or Insurance-related field.
• Proven experience in pension funds or insurance industry.
• Fluent in Dutch with excellent command of French and English.
• Demonstrated consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and negotiation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage, advise and further develop your client portfolio.
• Implement and integrate new clients into our pension management services division.
• Develop and roll out new marketing initiatives for the retirement fund services we offer.
• Work closely with our in-house specialists across different subject areas.
• Identify and report market opportunities and threats.
• Maintain and grow positive relationships with internal and external networks.
