Hitachi Vantara Corporation seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end Belgium payroll in collaboration with our Payroll Partner. You will ensure accurate inputs, maintain reconciliations, and support cross-functional HR and Finance stakeholders to deliver compliant payroll services.
The role focuses on Belgium statutory requirements, data privacy, and continuous payroll process improvements within a hybrid work environment. Experience with Workday or ServiceNow is advantageous.
Join our Northern Europe HUB Payroll team and play a key role in delivering a seamless payroll experience in a dynamic, fast-paced shared services environment. This opportunity is a permanent Payroll Specialist position supporting Belgium. You will support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services, working closely with an outsourced payroll provider and collaborating with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent, compliant, and reliable payroll process.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring payroll accuracy from onboarding through to offboarding. With a strong focus on Belgium payroll processes, local compliance, collaboration, service excellence, and continuous improvement, this is a highly visible and impactful position within the Northern Europe HUB Payroll team.
