Hitachi Energy is seeking a Payroll Specialist for Belgium to support end-to-end payroll processing with our Payroll Partner in a busy Northern Europe HUB environment. The role focuses on Belgium payroll, local compliance, and accurate lifecycle events from onboarding to offboarding.
You will collaborate with HR, Finance and external providers, ensuring data accuracy, timely submissions and continuous improvements in payroll controls and reporting.
Join our Northern Europe HUB Payroll team and play a key role in delivering a seamless payroll experience in a dynamic, fast-paced shared services environment. This opportunity is a permanent Payroll Specialist position supporting Belgium. You will support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services, working closely with an outsourced payroll provider and collaborating with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent, compliant, and reliable payroll process.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring payroll accuracy from onboarding through to offboarding.
