Shyfter.co in Brussels is seeking a Senior Paid Acquisition Manager to own all paid channels across three markets: French-speaking Belgium, Dutch-speaking Belgium and France. You will bring paid acquisition in-house, set the strategy, allocate budgets and be accountable for cost per demo and new customers signed.

The role requires leading cross-channel campaigns, collaborating with marketing and web teams, and delivering measurable growth through data-driven decisions.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, plus Microsoft Ads.
• B2B SaaS experience with a demo/sales-call cycle.
• Experience with Belgian and French markets.
• Fluent French and very good Dutch; strong English proficiency.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with GA4, GTM, data exports and spreadsheets.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Experience building or running in-house paid acquisition.
• Autonomy, rigor and a data-driven decision maker.

Mansioni

• Define and run paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, ChatGPT Ads and other channels.
• Take over campaigns from agencies and build a fully in-house setup with accounts, structure, processes and reporting.
• Manage budgets by channel and market; reallocate based on performance.
• Build and optimise campaigns: search, Performance Max, retargeting, social ads.
• Write and test ads and creatives in each market language and tone.
• Improve landing pages and CRO with the web team; run A/B tests.
• Ensure end-to-end tracking: GTM, GA4, offline conversions, HubSpot integration.
• Track metrics: cost per demo, demo-to-customer rate, CAC, ROAS by channel.
• Share weekly reporting with management and sales.
