CM - Christelijke Mutualiteit is seeking a Senior OutSystems Developer to join its Digital Services team. You’ll work on CM’s online self-service ecosystem, across 46 applications and the MyCM Mobile App, within an agile environment of ~60 people.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a developer in Outsystems, especially in Mobile and REACT.
• ODC certificate or other Outsystems certificates are a plus.
• Experience with deployment and rolling out of applications.
• Experience with Agile methodology (SCRUM) is desirable.
• Very good command of English; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Strong analysis and synthesis skills with effective communication.
• Flexible, results-oriented, proactive, and stress-resistant; eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• You’ll join a professional agile team working on a range of exciting projects.
• Collaborate with architects to develop the desired solution.
• Responsible for initial functional testing of your own code and code reviews.
• Implement User Stories and maintain applications developed by the team.
• Communicate with business/functional analysts, scrum master, testers, architects, security to align priorities.
• Propose technical improvements within the team and with architects.
• Analyze integrations with external parties and systems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure staff to install and monitor applications.
• Document the solution to ensure long-term continuity and maintenance.
• Leverage AI tools, such as Copilot or other AI solutions, to optimize work.
