CM - Christelijke Mutualiteit is seeking a Senior OutSystems Developer to join its Digital Services team. You’ll work on CM’s online self-service ecosystem, across 46 applications and the MyCM Mobile App, within an agile environment of ~60 people.

The role emphasizes delivering value every sprint and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. You’ll be developing with OutSystems Version 11, ensuring quality through testing, code reviews, and maintenance, while exploring new technologies and

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a developer in Outsystems, especially in Mobile and REACT.
• ODC certificate or other Outsystems certificates are a plus.
• Experience with deployment and rolling out of applications.
• Experience with Agile methodology (SCRUM) is desirable.
• Very good command of English; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Strong analysis and synthesis skills with effective communication.
• Flexible, results-oriented, proactive, and stress-resistant; eager to learn.

What we are looking for

In your capacity as Senior OutSystems Developer, you’ll work closely with the Digital Services team on projects directly and indirectly linked to CM's online self-service, covering 46 applications and the MyCM Mobile App. The team consists of approximately 60 persons from different Agile Teams. Each team is made up of 3 Outsystems developers, a functional analyst-scrum master, a tester, a technical lead, a designer, and a product owner.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll join a professional agile team, where you’ll work on a range of exciting projects, with around 70% of the focus on build.
• You work together with the team to develop the desired solution. The architects will assist you with this.
• You are responsible for initial functional testing of your own code, and code review of your colleagues.
• You are responsible for implementing User Stories and for maintenance and management of the applications developed by the team itself.
• You communicate effectively and collaborate closely with various stakeholders (business/functional analysts, scrum master, testers, architects, security) to ensure they fully understand the priorities and current status of tasks, and that functionalities are implemented and tested correctly.
• You can make technical improvement proposals and advocate for them within the team and with the architects.
• You analyse integrations with other parties and systems.
• You work together with the infrastructure staff to install the applications and monitor their operation.
• You document the solution created to ensure long-term continuity and maintenance.
• You leverage AI tools, such as Copilot or other AI solutions, to optimize your work.

Your profile

You have at least 3 years of experience as a developer in Outsystems, especially in Mobile and REACT.

• An ODC certificate is a plus, as well as other Outsystems certificates.
• You have experience in deployment and rolling out of applications.
• Experience with Agile methodology (SCRUM) is desirable.
• You have a very good command of English, knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• You have good analysis and synthesis skills and communicate efficiently.
• As a person you are flexible, results-oriented, proactive, critical and stress-resistant.
