We ARE Renewables is seeking a Technical Engineer to support vessels and offshore fleets from its Antwerp HQ. You will prepare maintenance solutions, develop work packages, and ensure reliable performance of specialized equipment across projects worldwide.

The role involves cross-disciplinary collaboration with crews, suppliers, and project teams, plus occasional site visits. Master’s in engineering and 5 years in a technical environment are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years in a complex technical engineering environment.
• Willing to travel occasionally; HQ-based in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Prepare technical solutions for maintenance, repair, mobilization and upgrades.
• Develop work preparations, budgets, and safety assessments.
• Support maintenance and reliability of equipment throughout its lifecycle.
• Investigate technical issues and drive improvements with reliability and operations teams.
• Collaborate with vessel crews, suppliers and engineers.
• Stay informed about offshore equipment and maritime technologies.
