Ometa BVBA is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager – Industry & NPI to own the NPI solution market development and drive growth across manufacturing and food industries. You will lead discovery conversations with business and IT, translate references into new markets, and build a scalable go-to-market with a strong, autonomous commercial approach.

You will independently manage opportunities, collaborate with product and delivery teams, and push for continuous market-driven improvements

Qualifications

• Strong business development and solution selling experience.
• Ability to lead complex B2B conversations with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French/German a plus.

• Own NPI and Industry go-to-market strategy.
• Identify target markets, accounts and decision-makers; build pipeline.
