Wink seeks a Senior Network & Security Architect / Lead Engineer to join a long-term Brussels-based assignment. The role blends architecture with hands-on engineering, focusing on complex migrations, L3 incident resolution, and security governance within a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise networks, hands-on Cisco ACI, and CCNP or higher, with Dutch and English fluency. Expect leadership across technical initiatives and collaboration with stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of experience in complex enterprise Network & Security environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and multi-vendor networking.
• Experience leading infrastructure migrations or transformation projects.
• CCNP-level certification or equivalent; PCNSE and/or Cisco ACI a strong asset.
• Excellent communication with technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop Network & Security architectures with high/low-level designs.
• Define roadmaps, standards and scalable solutions for datacenter environments.
• Lead datacenter migrations and transformation initiatives.
• Translate requirements into robust technical designs and roadmaps.
• Review implementations for quality and perform L3 troubleshooting.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to engineers.
