Job summary

Sotera Health Company is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to maintain and advance its global network infrastructure. You will design, implement, and optimize network systems including switches, routers, wireless, and security platforms across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT teams, project leadership, and ensuring high availability, security, and regulatory compliance within GMP/ISO frameworks. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.
• CCNA preferred; CCNP/CCIE, Azure Network Engineer Associate are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting complex enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the network infrastructure to support current operations and future growth.
• Develop and maintain network roadmaps aligned with business objectives and evolving infrastructure requirements.
• Lead or participate in network-related projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Configure, administer, and maintain network hardware and software, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, roadmap discussions, and support escalations.
