Sotera Health seeks an experienced Senior Network Administrator to maintain and advance our global network infrastructure. You will design, implement, and support switches, routers, firewalls, and SD-WAN, shaping roadmaps that meet business objectives and regulatory standards.

You will lead network projects, monitor performance for high availability, and coordinate with vendors. Strong firewall know-how and cloud networking experience are essential, with 50% travel for site support and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on enterprise network experience.
• Strong IT security knowledge including firewall design and segmentation.
• Expert level with Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama and Prisma products.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain Sotera Health network infrastructure.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with business objectives and evolving needs.
• Lead or participate in network projects from planning to review.
• Monitor performance and resolve issues for high availability and scalability.
• Configure, administer, and maintain network hardware and software.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and changes with IT change control.
• Maintain accurate documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the network team.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/ISO and internal security policies.
