Job summary

Wlgroup in Mons seeks a senior network engineer to manage a high‑visibility enterprise network and three on‑site openings. You will interpret telemetry, triage outages, and lead incident response to restore services within defined targets.

You will handle day‑to‑day operations, configure routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, STP), monitor with Splunk and CA Spectrum, and develop dashboards and procedures for reliable performance. Strong English is required.

Qualifications

• CCNP Enterprise or equivalent certification required.
• Seven+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering and operations.
• Deep routing and switching knowledge (BGP, OSPF, STP).
• Experience with network monitoring tools like Splunk and CA Spectrum.
• Incident management, RCA, and outage recovery experience.
• Professional English; ability to work outside office hours occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day network operations: tickets, incidents, work orders, changes.
• Configure, tune and troubleshoot routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, STP).
• Monitor estate with Splunk, CA Spectrum and similar tools; build dashboards, alerts, and reports.
• Read logs and telemetry to spot risk before outages.
• Lead response during critical failures; coordinate stakeholders to restore service.
• Automate configuration management, backups and change checks; maintain documentation.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex network problems.
