Médiane Benelux in Belgium is seeking a .NET Angular Technical Lead / Architect to define and maintain the global .NET Angular architecture. You will be the technical reference, guide development teams, troubleshoot issues, and set direction for tools, frameworks, and best practices.

You will also manage resources, recruit, develop skills, and mentor developers, acting as both technical leader and enabler to deliver robust solutions and a strong developer community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years C#/.NET experience.
• Minimum 5 years front-end with Angular/TypeScript.
• Proven track record defining development standards and DevSecOps.
• Experience with Identity/Access and security best practices.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsabilités

• Define the global .NET Angular architecture and standards.
• Select and standardize tools, components, frameworks, and libraries.
• Lead development teams and mentor engineers.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop internal developers.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and maintain DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams.
