Optiwisers in Belgium seeks an Expert Full Stack .NET / Angular Developer to join a major digital transformation programme within the public sector, delivering scalable nationwide solutions.

You will develop and maintain Angular/.NET apps, design REST APIs, mentor junior developers, support CI/CD and DevOps, and collaborate with architects and analysts. 7+ years experience, a related degree, and fluent Dutch and/or French with good command of the other national language.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET and Angular.
• Fluent Dutch and/or French, with a good command of the second national language.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain modern applications using Angular and .NET.
• Design and implement scalable REST APIs.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and development teams.
• Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise.
