Amaris Consulting in Brussels is seeking a .NET Technical Lead to join our team on a permanent contract. You’ll lead development teams, shape technical solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable applications for our clients.

You will mentor developers, define roadmaps with architects, oversee code reviews, and drive DevOps practices across CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Azure cloud.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Blazor expertise.
• RESTful APIs and software architecture knowledge.
• Azure cloud, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes familiarity.
• CI/CD and Azure DevOps experience.
• Agile environment and leading ceremonies.
• Fluent English and French; Dutch a plus.
• Willing to work on-site in Brussels.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of .NET based solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and best practices to ensure code quality and team performance.
• Oversee and participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for technical improvements, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Lead DevOps initiatives on the project, with cloud infra management (Azure) and Terraform.
