Optiwisers in Belgium seeks an Expert Full Stack .NET / Angular Developer to join a major digital transformation programme within the public sector, delivering scalable nationwide solutions.

You will develop and maintain Angular/.NET apps, design REST APIs, mentor junior developers, support CI/CD and DevOps, and collaborate with architects and analysts. 7+ years experience, a related degree, and fluent Dutch and/or French with good command of the other national language.

We're looking for a senior consultant to join a major digital transformation programme within the Belgian public sector, helping deliver innovative solutions used nationwide.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain modern applications using Angular and .NET
• Design and implement scalable REST APIs
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and development teams
• Perform code reviews and promote best practices
• Create high-quality, secure, and maintainable software
• Support CI/CD and DevOps processes
• Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise
• Contribute to technical design, estimations, and solution architecture
• Entity Framework

What We're Looking For
