Spektrum Management Group seeks an experienced cyber security specialist to support NCIA-related projects in Belgium. The role focuses on planning, delivering and validating cyber security capabilities across NATO CIS environments.

You will coordinate with project teams, install security tools, and ensure compliance with NATO standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cyber security, strong tool experience (Splunk, Nessus, Fidelis) and hands-on network infrastructure knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years practical cyber security experience or equivalent
• Experience configuring and integrating security tools and boundary protections
• Ability to design IT infrastructure elements within projects
• Experience delivering cyber security capabilities into operational environments
• Excellent English writing and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Delivery planning and coordination of changes and services
• Coordinating prerequisites for cyber security installations
• Coordinate between project managers and engineers for delivery
• Install, configure and test cyber security tools and devices
• Ensure solutions meet NATO security policies and standards
• Handover to operations with documentation and training
