Johnson & Johnson Belgium is seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer to support lifecycle packaging equipment, tech transfers, and new product launches for IMSC sites and external partners. You will ensure packaging designs meet standards, coordinate cross-functional transfers with MSAT, Planning and vendors, and drive cost improvements while maintaining quality and compliance.

Travel up to 10% may be required, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering with packaging focus is preferred to join a

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6+ years of packaging engineering and/or design experience.
• Knowledge of packaging equipment, tech transfer and PPQ strategy.
• Experience with cGMP and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across functions.
• Familiarity with packaging documentation and change control processes.

Aufgaben

• Provide lifecycle packaging equipment and technology transfer support across IMSC sites.
• Coordinate new product launches and packaging transfers with internal and external partners.
• Ensure packaging standards are met and lead cost improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with MSAT, Planning and vendors to achieve business goals.
• Support packaging-related quality investigations and continuous improvement.
