Thales in Tubize, Belgium is seeking a Senior Mission Kit Integration Engineer with 7+ years of experience in defense systems integration. You will lead end-to-end integration of mission kits on military vehicles, focusing on radio, GPS/GNSS, vetronics, and mission electronics.

The role requires hands-on integration, cross-disciplinary coordination with suppliers, engineering teams and end users, and strong systems-engineering leadership to ensure an interoperable, testable kit ready for field

Qualifications

• 7+ years in systems integration for vehicle electronics or defense.
• Experience integrating complex mission systems onto vehicles.
• Strong understanding of multiple mission-system domains.

Responsabilités

• Lead system-level integration of mission kits into military vehicles from requirements to delivery.
• Define technical interfaces between mission kit and vehicle platform.
• Analyze electrical, data, mechanical, thermal, EMC/EMI and RF constraints.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Support prototype build, lab integration, vehicle testing, qualification and acceptance.
• Review documentation and ensure configuration management and traceability.
