delaware BeLux seeks a Senior Microsoft Purview Consultant to lead security, compliance, and data governance engagements for Microsoft 365 workloads. You are a driving force within the team, guiding customers and coaching colleagues to expand projects and implement best practices.

Based in Belgium, you will work on-site with clients from Antwerp, Ghent, and nearby offices, bringing consultancy depth and ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of proven project experience with Microsoft 365 workloads, security, and Entra ID.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview or willingness to master quickly.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French a plus.
• Willing to lead customer conversations and presales activities.

Responsabilités

• Work with customers on Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and data governance engagements.
• Capture needs, advise, challenge assumptions, and steer strategic conversations.
• Design and implement solutions using Purview and Entra ID.
• Take on role of team driver: coordinating, coaching, and improving processes.
• Own projects and refine our service methodology.
• Shape Purview-related services and explore data protection opportunities.
