AG Solution Group, a leading Industry 4.0 partner, seeks a Senior MES Engineer / Solutions Architect with 8+ years of hands-on MES/MOM experience to join our hybrid team in Europe. You will design end-to-end MES architectures for industrial clients and drive pre-sales activities, shaping proposals and leading workshops.

You will translate customer needs into technically solid, competitively priced solutions, mentor junior engineers, and stay current with ISA-95, IIoT, and cloud-native deployment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and deploying MES/MOM solutions in real industrial environments.
• Demonstrated track record as a Solutions Architect on 2-3 full-lifecycle MES programs.
• Significant pre-sales or technical consulting experience including workshops and proposals.
• Hands-on expertise with at least one major MES platform and integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of ISA-95, ISA-88, B2MML, SAP integration, and OT layers.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end MES/MOM solution architectures, including ERP/SCADA/LIMS integrations.
• Act as the lead technical contributor in pre-sales: workshops, discovery, demos, and proposals.
• Translate customer needs into well-scoped, competitively priced technical solutions.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs, define delivery roadmaps, and validate assumptions.
• Present architectures to senior stakeholders and provide governance during delivery.
• Build reference architectures, accelerators, and reusable assets for MES practice.
• Mentor junior MES engineers and stay updated on Industry 4.0 trends.
