Quariq seeks a Consultant – MES & Digital Transformation to bridge operations, automation, and manufacturing IT. You will work closely with clients to understand processes and help design and deploy MES-based solutions that create real value on the shop floor.

Qualifications

Experience with MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter or Werum PAS-X.
Strong grasp of manufacturing processes across pharma, food, chemicals, or discrete goods.
Ability to map data flows between MES, automation, ERP, and LIMS.
Business and technical mindset to link needs with system behavior.
Excellent communication to explain MES concepts to operators and managers.
Interest in digital transformation and continuous improvement.

Analyze processes and identify MES-based improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with production, quality, engineering and IT to translate requirements.
Design MES solutions with specs, data flows, and integrations.
Support MES projects through configuration, testing, validation, deployment.
Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on MES capabilities.
Advise clients on transformation roadmaps and value realization.
Train end-users for successful adoption of digital tools.
Monitor KPIs to demonstrate impact and refine solutions.
