Job summary

Qualifications

• MD with rheumatology specialization and board certification.
• 10+ years in pharma or CRO with senior strategic roles.
• Experience leading clinical development programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Work independently of the therapeutic area head.
• Lead strategic proposal development with the proposal team.
• Lead client proposal bid defense meetings as leader, medical director and SME.
• Act as consultant through R&D lifecycle and clinical trials.
• Formulate clinical development plans and drive Center of Excellence strategy.
