Rhox is seeking a senior data analyst specializing in marketing performance to transform campaign data into actionable insights. You will work within marketing and communications to measure initiatives and support decision making.

You will develop dashboards using Power BI, analyze campaigns and events, and train users to apply analytical tools. Strong SQL and data processing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience measuring marketing and communications initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of marketing performance KPIs, the marketing funnel and the conversion funnel.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL for data processing.
• Ability to turn data into actionable information to support decisions.
• Clear collaboration skills and willingness to challenge actions.

Responsabilités

• Analyse campaigns, communications and events to guide marketing decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs for performance tracking.
• Assess customer behaviour, market trends and conversion funnel performance.
• Recommend data-driven improvements to customer experience, conversion rates and revenue growth.
• Document analytical tools and train users in their effective application.
