EY Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant – Manufacturing to strengthen our Supply Chain and Operations team. You will lead and coach project delivery, improve client performance, and contribute to bids and thought leadership, in an international environment across manufacturing sectors.

The role requires a master's in engineering or related field, 3+ years of experience, fluency in English and French or Dutch, and a passion for Industry 4.0, AI and sustainable manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with strong academic records.
• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience delivering sustained improvements in business performance.
• Experience in manufacturing/excellence programs, ideally FMCG or Life Sciences.

Responsabilités

• Support and co-lead project delivery teams to improve client performance.
• Coach and develop consultants and client team members; share expertise with EY Belgium teams.
• Engage with regional/global Manufacturing leadership; contribute to thought leadership and bids.
• Work in an international environment on projects with significant impact on client results.
