EY Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant OMP in Planning to drive supply chain and operations innovations. You will lead and contribute to delivery teams, shaping planning strategies, and expanding the practice beyond client work.

The role requires a master’s degree, 2-5 years in supply chain planning, and familiarity with OMP deployment. English, Dutch or French fluency and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree, preferably Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Logistics
• Residence in Belgium required
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain planning (e.g. demand planning, supply planning & scheduling, S&OP..) preferable with prior consultancy experience
• You are familiar with OMP planning technology (as a key user - involved in OMP deployment through projects and/or support services – other relevant exposure) OR you have a strong desire to learn it
• You are hands-on and results-oriented
• Entrepreneurial spirit & Intrinsic motivation to help establish and strengthen relationships with our clients
• Fluent written and spoken English, French and/or Dutch
• Excellent analytical skills, drive, enthusiasm, conceptual thinking, communication and influencing skills, and pragmatism in execution

Responsabilités

• As a Senior Consultant OMP you will support and (co-)lead project delivery teams improving our client’s business performance, in line with our Exceptional Client Service approach, while helping to grow our practice outside of your client work
• Examples of existing activities to participate in (non-exhaustive):
• OMP design & requirements analysis, including user story writing (OMP is an advanced planning software solution)
• Sprint configuration and testing
• Optimize client’s processes & standards in line with the OMP industry template
• Training activities
• Transformation management: engagement with both IT and business stakeholders at multiple levels
• Deployment of the client’s OMP template where you will gradually increase your responsibility over the course of the wave deployments
• Define improvements together with the client and coordinate from initial workshop to launch in OMP Production environment
• Continuously learn & celebrate successes with our fantastic clients, partners and your colleagues!!
• You will work independently as well as in teams. You will coach and support consultants and client team members, perform analyses and report findings and results
• You will share your expertise with about 40 other colleagues in the Supply Chain & Operations team of EY Belgium.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Profile

You have:

• A master’s degree, preferably Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Logistics

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context
• OMP certification
• APICS certification
• Project management certification such as Prince2 or PMP is a plus
• Experience working with other specialized APS solutions including o9, Kinaxis, BlueYonder or other
• Any other additional Supply Chain, Project Management, Data & Analytics- related certifications
