Job summary

Grant Thornton België is seeking a Senior Manager for Transaction Advisory Services to lead high-impact engagements in mergers, acquisitions, and business transformations. You will guide due diligence, valuations, and structured finance while mentoring teams and driving business development.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 8 years of TAS/financial audit experience, fluency in Dutch and English, plus good French.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Audit, or similar fields.
Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good knowledge of French.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
Excellent analytical skills and a passion for solving complex financial challenges.
Proven leadership and project management experience.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and refinancing projects, focusing on financial analysis, risk assessment, and value creation.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them in critical strategic and financial decisions.
Oversee and review valuations of companies and business units.
Structure and manage complex acquisition and financing processes.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
Drive business development by strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding Grant Thornton’s network.
Contribute to the strategic growth and positioning of the TAS practice
