Grant Thornton België is seeking a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) to own complex financial transactions, lead due diligence, and guide clients through mergers, acquisitions and refinancing. You will manage and mentor teams, drive value creation, and expand client relationships within Grant Thornton’s network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Audit, or related fields.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.

Grant Thornton is growing, and we are looking for a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) to take full ownership of complex financial transactions and help clients make strategic decisions during mergers, acquisitions, and other transformative initiatives.

What you’ll do

Take full ownership of due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and refinancing, driving financial analysis, risk assessment, and value creation.
