KPMG in Zaventem (Belgium) is seeking a (Senior) Manager SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain to lead end-to-end transformation projects, guiding clients through SAP implementations and optimizations. You will align SAP strategy with business goals and future-proof technology landscapes.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years SAP Supply Chain experience in MM, SD, PP.
• Strong understanding of SAP SCM processes.
• Excellent consultancy skills to establish credibility with clients.
• Ability to work independently or in project teams and take ownership.
• Willingness to coach colleagues and develop skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement teams in SAP SCM implementations and/or redesigns.
• Provide consulting advice on SAP Supply Chain processes.
• Position SAP S/4HANA SCM methodology, assets and templates in go-to-market activities.
• Capture and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Manage teams or projects with leadership and hands-on involvement and coaching.

As a SAP (Senior) Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end transformation projects, guiding clients through complex SAP implementations and optimizations. Your expertise will help clients align their SAP strategy with broader business goals, streamline processes, and future-proof their technology landscape.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing client engagement teams in the implementation and/or redesign of SAPSupply Chain functionality.
• Providing consulting advice to clients onSupply Chain processes within SAP.
• Positioning KPMG's SAP S/4HANASupply Chain business transformation methodology, assets, and templates as part of go-to-market activities.
• Capturing and translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Managing teams or projects, combining leadership with hands-on involvement and continuous coaching for career progression.
• Delivering training and facilitating knowledge transfer to key users.
  Coaching and sharing SAPSupply Chain knowledge and experience with junior members.

Your skills and qualifications include:

• 8 to 12 years of SAPSupply Chain experience in Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP).
• Strong understanding of SAP Supply Chain processes.
• Excellent consultancy skills to establish credibility at the client level and build problem-solving partnerships.
• Ability to work independently or in project teams, taking ownership and responsibility.
• Willingness to develop coaching skills by collaborating closely with colleagues.
• Stress-resistant, flexible, client, and service-minded.
• One or more certifications in SAP ECC Supply Chain or SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain.
• You shape how AI is embedded into your own projects; take ownership of data governance and ensure AI initiatives are aligned with business goals and compliant with our standards.
• Fluent in both Dutch and/or French, combined with proficient English language skills.
