Fujitsu is seeking a Senior Manager for Management Consulting in the Benelux region. You will lead large, multi-disciplinary engagements and shape go-to-market initiatives across IT Value Transformation and Data & AI.

This role requires senior leadership, deep industry experience, and a track record of driving client impact across financial, manufacturing, or public sectors. You will mentor teams, develop new offerings, and collaborate with the Wayfinders practice to deliver tangible business

Qualifications

• Experience at Senior Manager level in a tier-one consultancy or equivalent role in a technology advisory practice within a tier-one Services or Solutions company–evidencing hands-on leadership of advisory consulting engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to construct complex value cases in the domains of IT Value Transformation or Data and AI.
• Deep experience in the financial sector, manufacturing sector and / or the public sector.
• Entrepreneurial drive and a passion for contributing to business development and practice growth initiatives, including significant involvement in prior go-to-market projects.
• Experience shaping engagement outcomes in complex client environments through workshop facilitation and stakeholder discussion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, evidencing an ability to influence and gain trust of senior decision-makers.

As aSenior Managerwithin Uvance Wayfinders, you will be at the forefront of a dynamic growth journey during Wayfinders’foundational phase – translating strategic ambition into tangible impact.

Reporting toaDirector orAssociatePartner(as appropriate), you will playa pivotal role leading high-impact client engagementsas a billable consultant,originatingbusiness developmentinitiatives,andcontributing to the growthofthe Benelux Wayfinderspractice.

You will lead large-scale delivery programs, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and mentor high-performing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will help shape our go-to-market offerings in areas such as IT Value Transformationand Data &AI, andplay a critical role in business development and practice growth.

This role is ideal for a consulting leader who brings strategic insight, a collaborative mindset, and the desireto shape a new practice from the ground up.

As aSenior Manager, you will be responsible for:

Business Development

Significantly contributing toproposal creation, client presentations, and the identification of follow-on opportunities within key accounts.

Contributing to the formulation and execution of go-to-market strategies.

Driving theexecution of targeted marketing initiatives aligned to solution and industry priorities.

Consultative selling towards decision makers in existing and new clients.

ClientDelivery

Your skills and experience:
