Jobtailor is seeking a Senior ERP Transformation Lead in Belgium to steer SAP S/4HANA deployments and finance technology programs across regions. You will drive end-to-end deployment initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of complex integrations and data migrations.

The role emphasizes governance, change management, stakeholder leadership, and agile delivery in a large-scale finance transformation program.

Qualifications

• 20+ years preferred of relevant experience leading large-scale ERP deployments, transformation programs, and/or finance technology teams.
• 14+ years of relevant functional experience with SAP ECC6 FI/CO, S/4 HANA Finance, Central Finance, and enterprise deployment programs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in S/4 HANA implementations.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation deployments.
• Experience managing complex integrations.
• Experience driving organizational change.
• Experience with agile ways of working.

Responsabilités

• Partner with global program teams, system integrators, and regional stakeholders to deliver deployment activities on schedule and within scope.
• Co-lead a global team of finance technology and deployment professionals across multiple domains and locations.
