ENGIE Laborelec in Linkebeek invites an Electrical Expert to join a team of about 35 experts and grow into a subject matter authority on primary equipment of MV & HV substations.
You will perform lab testing, root cause analyses, and contribute to design reviews for BESS projects and HV lines, with mentoring from senior colleagues.
Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred, French is an asset, and a hands-on, curious mindset is valued.

You’ll join ENGIE Laborelec (R&I) and become part of a team of about 35 experts, where you will grow step by step into a subject matter expert on primary equipment of electrical substations.
Our team combines laboratory testing, technical investigations, and engineering expertise. We support ENGIE entities and external clients on battery and solar parks, HV transmission projects, nuclear activities, and grid‑related topics.
Main location is Linkebeek (10 km from Brussels), with occasional travel within Belgium and Europe depending on projects.
