Climate Catalyst seeks a Programme Manager to join the European programme team, focusing on AI and climate governance. The role is a 12-month, full-time contract reporting to the Head of Business and Investor Engagement, with a fully-remote setup and international travel.

You will identify policy opportunities, engage policymakers and private sector, and develop advocacy materials across Europe. The starting salary is EUR 64,400 with benefits including health insurance and stipends for

Qualifications

• Five+ years of EU policy experience, including tech/AI and climate advocacy.
• Experience engaging policymakers and civil society in advocacy.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams delivering organization-wide strategies.
• Knowledge of AI and climate policy issues in Europe.
• Strong initiative; able to work autonomously or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Identify policy opportunities and advise strategic positions.
• Develop AI and climate governance policy materials.
• Synthesize policies into public-facing briefings.
• Engage NGO partners and private sector in advocacy.
• Map stakeholders and analyze engagement opportunities.
• Build relationships with businesses, investors and trade associations.
• Monitor climate policy, tech, and economic trends.
• Coordinate researchers and consultants as needed.
• Represent Climate Catalyst at events.
• Prepare terms of reference for AI and climate research.
• Attend EU Institutions in Brussels and partner events.
