threon in Brussels region is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to guide clients through complex challenges, align initiatives with strategic objectives and deliver tangible impact. Depending on experience, you will take on hands-on delivery or evolve toward strategic advisory and coaching, always close to the client and on-site at client locations within reasonable distance.

You will work on prioritizing portfolios, shaping decisions with stakeholders, and delivering value-driven outcomes

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English; comfortable expressing in Dutch.
• 5–15 years of experience in Project, Program and/or Portfolio Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willing to work from clients’ sites within reasonable distance.
• Experience as a consultant is a plus.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Fluent French and English, and can comfortably express yourself in Dutch.
• You have 5 - 15 years of experience with Project, Program and/or Portfolio Management. Worked as a consultant before? That’s a plus!
• You possess strong soft skills such as stakeholder management, communication skills and can adapt to various client working environments.
• You are willing to work from our clients’ sites (within reasonable distance).
• You don’t think in boxes but think along with the client and are willing to adapt your work when needed.
