ENTICO ICT is seeking a Solution Designer for M365 services in the Brussels area. The consultant will lead M365 projects and involve in content management, ensuring solutions align with business needs and governance.

Applicants should have extensive experience with Microsoft 365 applications like SharePoint and Teams, and should be fluent in Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and English. Both freelance and permanent employment options are available, with a start date of 01/07/2026.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience configuring and customizing Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Professional experience in organizing workshops for Microsoft 365 best practices.
• Experience in defining or enforcing Microsoft 365 governance policies.
• 3+ years working in project environments with stakeholder communication.

Responsabilités

• Assess business needs related to digital collaboration and productivity.
• Design Microsoft 365 solutions based on customer requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and promote best practices.
• Produce solution documentation and estimates.
