Linesight is seeking a Lifting Manager to lead on-site lifting operations for a complex data centre project. You will coordinate with the Construction Manager, subcontractors, and the VDC team to integrate lifting activities into the overall field coordination and scheduling.

The role requires deep crane and rigging expertise, plus a track record on large data centre builds, with strong communication and safety leadership across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of lifting management experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience delivering complex lifting operations on data centres or hyperscale facilities.
• Deep expertise in crane operations, rigging plans, and heavy lifts.
• References from large data centre projects preferred.
• Strong relationships with client teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ability to make safe, strategic decisions under pressure.
• Engineering degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee all lifting operations on site across all project phases.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager and subcontractors for lifting logistics.
• Integrate lifting activities with the VDC team into field coordination.
• Develop lifting plans, crane studies, and rigging strategies aligned with schedule.
• Lead lifting and logistics coordination meetings and document plans.
• Produce and distribute detailed lifting plans with stakeholders.
• Interface with OFE to plan client-provided equipment lifts.
• Ensure subcontractors follow approved lifting plans and safety docs.
• Monitor compliance with local regs and site safety practices for lifting.
